1980 - Started as trainee driver

1986 - Driver Trainer (also gained Schedule A Rules & Regulations allowing me to train Signallers and other operational staff)
1989 - Training Centre & Safety Management

1997 -  Driver Management

1999 - 2010 - Training Centre Management

Qualifications:
Training - MOI, C&G7331, C21, C25
Assesment - D32 & D33, A1

Verification - V1

Health & Saftey - NEBOSH (with distinction)

Accident/Incident investigation & root cause analysis - BETEC

​

Involved in simulator design & specification since 1990, working with various simulator manufacturers.
